At the 27th Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT), fruitful meetings with industry professionals, the high interest in the stand, and the promotional activities highlighted Alanya’s strong tourism potential. The specially designed 42-square-meter Alanya stand, which showcased the city’s natural beauties, cultural heritage, and touristic opportunities in the most impressive way, laid a solid foundation for new collaborations.

Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) Vice President Mehmet Dahaoğlu, who made a general assessment of the EMITT Fair, stated: “Alanya’s successful performance at the 27th EMITT Fair once again demonstrated the city’s tourism potential. Based on our meetings with both domestic and foreign industry representatives during the four-day fair, we anticipate that the 2024 tourism season will bring positive momentum to the sector. The plans made in the overseas source markets, the capacity increases planned for 2024 in our country and region, and the addition of new routes also support this positive trend.
